WARRANTY POLICY
All products distributed by MALETA VIAJERA PERÚ are completely new, this guarantees proper functioning and the quality demands of the brands. However, we solve any inconvenience that the product presents during its manufacturing, the customer has 48 hours to report any defect or failure in the manufacturing of the product received. The client will have that period of time to validate that everything is in accordance with their product.
To be eligible for an exchange due to a factory defect, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in the delivered packaging.
The warranty does not cover cases such as:
- When the product presents physical damage due to use, abuse, manipulation or neglect.
- Improper or incorrect maintenance or repairs carried out by third parties invalidate the warranty.
- Negligence in the natural use of the product, accidents such as falls, stains, etc.
- It does not cover external damage such as: fractures, scratches, bumps, stains, dents, chips, among others, or physical damage such as burns.

- Transportation of unusual travel items such as wine bottles, sharp articles, etc.
- Accidents such as extreme drops, submersion in water or damage caused by carriers; for example, air transport companies, land transport (bus lines), maritime transport, trains, etc.
